Once a limit is reached, you can’t create anything new until you archive, delete or change plan. Everything already there stays.
30-day trial
Every new organisation tests without a card, with Standard’s limits and 2 GB of storage. The app reminds owners and administrators seven, three and one day before the end, and by email a week before. The trial ends by itself; without a booking the organisation is locked. Use the trial to check that the app suits your team.
Payment and contract
- Card only
- You pay by card through Stripe. Stripe provides the invoices electronically; you find them in the customer portal.
- Businesses only
- Advancing Buddy only contracts with businesses. When you order, Stripe asks for your billing address and VAT ID.
- The owner orders
- Plan, changes and cancellation are up to the owner of the organisation, not the other members.
Common questions about pricing
Can I change plan?
Yes, on the organisation’s subscription page. A higher plan applies immediately, and the difference for the rest of the month is charged pro rata; a lower plan applies from the end of the current month. You see the amount due before every change.
How do I cancel?
At the end of the current month, on the subscription page or through “Cancel contracts here” on this website, even without logging in. Until then everything stays usable; there is no refund for a month already started.
Is there an annual price?
No. All three plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
Why does an artist account take up a seat?
Every account in the organisation is a seat, whether owner, administrator, member or artist. Artists in the roster without their own account take no seat, only a place in the artist limit.
What happens after the 30 days without a booking?
The organisation is locked; the content stays, and the owner can still export it. Before we delete, we announce it by email at least 60 days in advance. If you book during that time, the deletion is cancelled.
How many organisations can I create?
Up to 3 of your own, each with its own trial and its own plan. If you need more, write to us.
