Priced per organisation, not per show.

You cancel in the billing portal or by email, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for — the end of the month on a monthly plan, the end of the year on an annual one. Until then everything keeps working.

Every new organisation gets 30 days, and you do not enter a card to start it. It ends by itself — there is nothing to cancel.

You are reminded before it runs out. If you do not pick a plan, the organisation drops to the free tier — one project, two members, one artist. Nothing you created is deleted.

Card and SEPA direct debit through Stripe. For larger teams we can invoice instead — ask us.

Yes, up or down at any time. Stripe prorates the difference automatically, so you are never billed twice for the same days.

On servers in Germany, at Hetzner. Identity, database, files and virus scanning all run on our own infrastructure; the only third parties in the regular flow are the host and Stripe for payments.
